Common questions

What is the minimum order?

Stock items from our Southern California cold storage usually start at a pallet, and sometimes a few cases. Direct-from-origin programs run by the container. Call for the minimum on a specific item.

Can I get samples first?

Yes. Samples of stock items can normally be arranged, same or next day for local accounts. New items shipped from origin take roughly one to two weeks for the plant to send samples.

Do you do private label?

Container orders can be packed under your own brand, inner and master carton. We help check the label copy against US requirements, including net weight statements and allergens.

What are the payment terms?

New accounts typically start on prepayment or letter of credit. Terms can follow once a trading history and credit review are in place. Everything is stated on the formal quotation.
